Mason Maggio, the DGM Racing driver from Palm Beach, Florida, has rapidly risen through the ranks of short-track racing and, subsequently, NASCAR. Maggio, however, doesn’t come from a racing family and instead developed his racecraft through rental go-karts, where the foundation of his racing career was laid. He continued to run laps and improve as he moved up through the ranks of Bandoleros, Legends cars and eventually Limited Late Models, before winning Rookie of the Year in the Carolina Pro Late Model Series with Rick Ware Racing.

Boyd and Freedom Racing Enterprises have teamed up with A Child’s Wish Foundation to provide a unique trackside experience for Ashlyn Cardone, a young girl diagnosed with Kabuki syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that makes it difficult for those affected to participate in day-to-day activities.

Carson Brown to make NASCAR O’Reilly Series debut at Iowa Speedway on Saturday evening in the HyVee Perks 250.

Tomorrow evening, Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport will give 18-year-old Carson Brown his first start in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series at Iowa Speedway. Brown will drive the rotational No. 32 Chevrolet Camaro, which has been primarily driven by Rajah Caruth and complemented by starts from Andrew Patterson, Ross Chastain, Tyler Ankrum, and Jordan Anderson himself.
