HOMESTEAD, Fla. – Leading into Sunday night’s Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, much was made about the season’s ‘Big Three’ deciding the championship – all former champs, Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, and Martin Truex Jr. And yet, as it turned out the ‘fourth’ – Joey Logano – was ‘big’ enough when he needed to be too.

The 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season all came down to Sunday’s race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. A battle between ‘The Big Three,’ and Joey Logano in the Team Penske Racing Ford. A 400-mile showdown on a racetrack that offers multiple grooves for drivers. Fans saw drivers paint the white line on the bottom, or drivers race so close to the wall that a piece of paper would not fit between. It is a great track for NASCAR’s championship race.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – There are innumerable factors that will go into deciding the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series championship on Sunday at Homestead-Miami Speedway (at 3 p.m. ET on NBC, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio). One element that will not play a role, however, is experience; or a lack thereof among the four teams vying for the title.
