Larson and Bell Drive for Culture Crossover of Fans

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Larson and NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Christopher Bell are at the top levels of their respective series and they share a passion of returning to where they came from, dirt track Sprint Car racing. They also have a bigger purpose in mind, attempting to grow all-around race fans instead of having dirt fans separate from asphalt fans. Now they are taking on a new role in order to further that effort as FOX Sports 1 broadcaster Vince Welch announced during a press conference this afternoon that the duo will make their broadcasting debut in a couple of weeks when the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series makes their annual visit to the famed dirt track of Eldora Speedway, owned by Tony Stewart.

It’s a well-deserved switch up halfway through the season for drivers to get a taste for a different style of racing. NASCAR Xfinity Series teams are revving up for the Iowa 250 presented by Enogen at Iowa Speedway on Sunday, June 17th at 5 pm ET. Pre-race coverage is available on FOX Sports 1, MRN, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio starting at 4:30 pm ET.

The race is 250 laps covering a distance of 218.75 miles with Stage 1 ending on lap 60, Stage 2 on lap 120, and the last stage ends on the last lap 250.  Continue reading
