Layne Riggs wins the NASCAR Truck Series inaugural race at Naval Base Coronado in San Diego on Friday evening in the Navy 250.

CORONADO, Calif.—Short on fuel and long on perseverance and good fortune, Layne Riggs won Friday’s inaugural Navy 250 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at San Diego Street Course at Naval Base Coronado.
